Beehind.art provides a web application that allows users to place text behind subjects in images using AI technology. The service includes background removal, text customization, and image editing features.

3. User Accounts

Some features of our service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to our service. However, by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide our services.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and ensure that it does not violate any applicable laws or infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Beehind.art is a derivative of the original "text-behind-image" project created by RexanWONG and is distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL) version 3. This means:

• The source code of our application is publicly available
• Any modifications to the code must be made available to users
• Derivative works must be distributed under the same license
• Proper attribution must be given to the original author

6. Limitations of Service

Free accounts may have limitations on the number of images processed, available features, or other restrictions. Premium accounts provide additional features and higher usage limits as described on our pricing page.

• Uploading illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
